Design Configurations and Heating Mediums
Ambient Air Vaporizers
Rely entirely on natural air convection to vaporize cryogenic liquid — zero fuel or electrical consumption, minimal moving parts, and near-zero operating cost. Ideal for LNG regasification, gas cylinder filling stations, and industrial oxygen/nitrogen supply where uninterrupted ambient heat is available.
Steam-Heated Water Bath Vaporizers
Built for massive, continuous industrial flow rates where ambient convection alone cannot keep pace — suited to petrochemical plants and high-throughput LNG peak-shaving facilities.
High-Pressure and Extra-High-Pressure Modules
Engineered footprints rated up to extra-high MAWP thresholds (400 kg/cm² and above), for pipeline injection, high-pressure gas grids, and demanding process integration.
Key Engineering Features
Patented, lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum heat exchange fin tubes resist frost build-up and transfer heat efficiently. Bridge-style connecting components absorb thermal expansion and contraction stress, while an anti-oxidation surface treatment protects all heat exchange piping. The optimized flow path design minimizes pressure drop and eliminates flow deflection, and high-pressure inner piping remains in full contact with the heat exchange structure for maximum thermal efficiency. Every unit is manufactured and cleaned to oxygen-service cleanliness standards for safe handling of high-purity gases.
International Quality and Compliance
Every vaporizer is manufactured, tested, and documented to internationally recognized standards, including ASME-compliant pressure vessel design and fabrication, ISO-certified manufacturing processes, non-destructive testing (NDT) on all critical welds, standard nitrogen leak and hydrostatic pressure testing prior to dispatch, and oxygen-service manufacturing and cleaning protocols. Custom electronic and engineering standards are available on request.
